1st Logo (1980s)

Logo: We see "RELAX" in a big size, in red, and with a white outline with "VIDEO" in a serif font and in red besides it with lines over and underneath this text. The company's name would zoom towards us before a trail effect is applied to the logo. The trail itself was initially dark before a brighter version of it appears, with a rotating mask applied to the trail. "präsentiert:" types in while this animation is happening with a blurry, red scroll wiping in from the left.

FX/SFX: The texts zooming and typing, the scroll wiping in, and the video feedback effects applied to the logo.

Music/Sounds: "Relax" from Frankie Goes to Hollywood.

Availability: Unknown.

Legacy: This German logo is pretty notorious for stealing musics from the 80s, which is “Relax” by Frankie Goes to Hollywood.
