1st Logo (September 18, 1985-1986)

Logo: On a blue background, there is "REVCOM" in a futuristic font, which is similar to Orion Pictures, near the far left of the screen with "FILMS", in a much different thin font under "REVCOM". A sky blue copy comes out where "FILMS" is placed and circles around the screen. The copy then slides behind the logo, giving it a sky blue outline.

Variants:

  • On Ran, two outlined rectangles are wiped in, with the Acteurs Auteurs Associés "Red AAA" logo on the left and the Revcom logo on the right. When the logos are finished, the rectangles are wiped away.
  • On Le paltoquet, the logo starts midway through the animation, and then flashes brightly before freezing, while paired with the Selena Audiovisual logo.

Technique: Motion-controlled animation.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Seen on the movies listed above.

2nd Logo (November 26, 1986)

Logo: On a black background, "REVCOM" (in the same font as before, but in red) slides out from the middle of the screen and revolves around in a ring once, while being italicized. When it finishes revolving, it straightens out a bit before a blue light wipes over it from right to left, leaving a white outline and the text "FILMS" below it. "une selection" fades in above the logo.

Technique: CGI.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Seen only on Mauvais Sang.
