Background

Rhino Films is the film division of Rhino Records.



1st Logo (May 15, 1997-September 6, 2013)

Logo: Same as the 3rd Rhino Home Video logo, but it's filmed and has a different background.

Variant: A short version on a black background is seen on What We Do Is Secret.

Technique: Same as the 3rd Rhino Home Video logo.

Music/Sounds: None or the opening theme of the movie.

Availability: Rare. Seen on Plump Fiction and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, among others.

2nd Logo (October 17, 2000)


Logo: On a black background, we see the Rhino Records mascot Rocky Rhino fading in. After that, we fade to the Rhino logo with the text "FILMS" in the same font below the text.

Technique: Fading effects.

Music/Sounds: The opening theme of the movie.

Availability: Only seen on Shriek If You Know What I Did Last Friday The 13th.

3rd Logo (October 19, 2012)


Logo: Just the Rhino logo with the text "FILMS" in a different font below the text on a black background.

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Seen at the end of The Sessions.
