This is the production company of married couple Richard and Esther Shapiro.

Logo: Superimposed in the credits, we see the text "A RICHARD AND ESTHER SHAPIRO PRODUCTION in association with AARON SPELLING PRODUCTIONS" and a copyright notice for The Oil Company below that in small text. All of the text has a shadow from behind.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the show/TV film.
Availability: Can be seen on projects produced from the era, such as The Colbys, Heartbeat, Blood Ties and The Colony.
2nd Logo (October 11, 2017-September 16, 2022)
Logo: On a black background, we see the company name formatted in a similar way like before, except without the copyright notice and in a different font. It shares the screen with the Fake Empire logo.
