1st Known Logo (1984?-19??)

Nicknames: "Rainbow Disks"

Logo: Centered on a black background is a leveled circular platform, outlined in a bluish gray. Then one by one, disks of various colors come flying from the top of the screen onto the western portion of the platform (in order: magenta, hot pink, red, scarlet, orange, yellow, lime, chartreuse, green, sea green, teal, cyan, sky blue, blue, indigo, purple). They circle around the center continuously while the platform changes its angle to face the screen. In the center appear the words (in yellow) ROUNDTABLE FILM & VIDEO. The logo then fades out.

Variant: The only footage that exists is filmed, but a videotaped version might exist too.

FX/SFX: The disks flying and circling. Excellent CGI animation for the time.

Music/Sounds: A synth accompanied with a series of whooshes when the disks fly onto the platform, followed by a series of chimes when the text appears. It sounds warped but it's likely from film deterioration.

Availability: So far seen on More Than Money.

Editor's Note: The dark background with the animation could bother a few (combined with the warped audio if the logo is filmed), but it's a great logo nonetheless.
