Background

S.S. Productions Limited (shortening of Shabana Sadique Productions Limited) was a Bengali film production and distribution company founded and owned by Afroza Sultana Ratna (known by her stage name as Shabana) on late 1970's, with the first film being Matir Ghar from 1979. Its best known for making the 1990 award-winning film Goriber Bou. S.S. Productions went dormant sometime on the mid-2000's due to Afroza Sultana Ratna retiring from the film industry in 1998 and went to the United States to focus on her family members, which her daughter graduated from Yale and attended Harvard University for her doctoral work. Its latest film is Swami Chintai from 2004, presented by Shabana and produced in association with the Indian Voice and Vision Enterprises.

Visuals: Over a black background is the letter S and another S colliding towards each other. A line appears on the icon, then the words "S.S. PRODUCTIONS" appear on the bottom in a typewriter effect.
