Background: The Society for Visual Education was founded in 1919. Sometime in the mid-2000's (most likely 2004) the company merged with Clearvue/eav to form Clearvue & SVE. The company would eventually be folded into Discovery Education sometime later.
1st Logo
(1996-2003?)
Logo: On a red-orange-tinted background loop, we see several video clips (the White House, the overview of a human body, a space explosion, a garden) pan in from the right. After a few seconds, they fade out. Turquoise sparkles appear, forming the same SVE/Churchill logo from before, only that it's on a white background, "SVE" is red, and the line and "SVE & CHURCHILL MEDIA" text are pink-purple. Below is the website "www.SVEmedia.com" and the phone number "1-800-829-1900".
FX/SFX: The video clips and the sparkles forming the logo look decent. The logo also has more detail and is a bit more interesting.
Music/Sounds: A news opening-like theme with a choir at the end.
Availability: See the 1st logo.
Editor's Note: None.
