Background
Saban Films is the film division of Haim Saban's Saban Capital Group, founded in May 2014.
Logo (November 14, 2014-)
Visuals: The logo starts with a bright light on a starfield, with a red rocky surface zooming in. Rays shoot, causing the rocks to crumble off, making the streaks from the Saban logo on a red square that positions itself to the center. The words
F I L M S
fly to the center underneath the logo as the stars disappear, creating a black background. The logo shines and fades out.
Variant: A still version exists. There's also a variant of the still version where it reads "SF".
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A strings/horn fanfare with whooshes and sizzles and a metallic whoosh at the end. Composed by Ohad Benchetrit and Justin Small. Otherwise, it's the opening theme of the film or silent.
Availability: Seen on Dark Crimes, The Legend of La Llorona, Black Water and Final Score, among others.
