Background

Saleem Productions was an Indian film production company.

1st Logo (1967)

Notice: this template has been replaced by {{Guidance}} and {{Guidance detail}}

Logo: It starts off with a thunderstorm, similar to the one used in Nasir Husain Films. Then we cut to footage of two people shaking hands against a black background. Then, the company name "Saleem Productions" with 3 lines under the word "Saleem fades in.

FX/SFX: The thunderstorm and the hands, which is live action.

Music/Sounds: The sounds of a thunderstorm, and then a man saying something in Hindi.

Availability: Only seen on Pyar Ki Baazi.

Editor's Note: The logo may be scary to some due to the lightning, but the rest is pretty much tame.

2nd Logo (1971)

Nicknames: "No Thunderstorm?", "Scary Hands II", "Chessy Hands II", "Hands of Doom II", "No more Scary S", "Tamer Hands"

Logo: Same as the first logo, but without the thunderstorms. The text appears in front of the hands, and in a different font.

FX/SFX: Just the hands.

Music/Sounds: After 2 seconds of silence, a sudden brass note is heard.

Availability: Only seen on Gehra Raaz.

Editor's Note: The logo is even tamer without the thunderstorm.
