Availability: Only seen when booting up a Samsung Galaxy S.

Editor's Note: This is the only boot-up logo to not use a rendition of "Over The Horizon", which is Samsung's trademark theme, until the logo's audio was removed entirely starting from the Galaxy S7.

2nd Logo (2 May 2011)

Nickname: "Samsung Galaxy S II"

Availability: Only seen when booting up a Samsung Galaxy S II.

3rd Logo (2012-2013)

Nicknames: "Samsung Galaxy S3", "Samsung Galaxy S4"

Availability: It can be seen when booting up a Galaxy S3 and other Galaxy devices released around the time period. The Galaxy S4 variant is rarer, because the bootup logo is replaced with the Galaxy S5 bootup logo after the phone has upgraded to Android Lollipop.

Availability: Seen when booting up a Galaxy S5, Galaxy S6, and other devices released during the time period. Also seen on Samsung Galaxy S4 devices running Android Lollipop.

Nicknames: "Samsung Galaxy S7", "Samsung Galaxy S8"

Availability: Seen when booting up a Samsung Galaxy S7, Galaxy S8, and other Samsung Galaxy devices released during the time, such as the ill-fated Samsung Galaxy Note 7. It is also seen on the Samsung Galaxy S9, but only on older versions of Android.

6th Logo (2019-)

Nickname: "Still Samsung"

Logo: It's only the still Samsung logo, in white, on a black background.

FX/SFX: None at all.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Seen on the Samsung Galaxy S10 and every Galaxy smartphone release by Samsung since then. It may also be seen on older devices running newer versions of Android.
