Background

This is the vanity card of comedian, actor, writer and producer Dan Levy (not to be confused with the Canadian actor best known for Schitt's Creek).

Logo: On a white background, we see a illustration of a guy yelling with a black hat on top of him. Next to it is "Screaming Elliott productions" aligned to the left.

2nd Logo (February 6, 2020-)

Logo: On a black background, we see a guy's head to the left, shouting as he speaks out from his hand. Coming out from his mouth are ten light blue vertical lines, in which the white words "Screaming Elliott" appear over them. Below that, the words "Productions" appear spaced out in white. The logo is next to the Doug Robinson Productions logo.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: None. Original NBC airings used a generic theme and voiceover.
