Background

This is the production company of Mike Scully (who previously co-founded Nothing Can Go Wrong Now Productions), who is best known for working on The Simpsons. His wife Julie Thacker Scully (co-founder of Nothing Can Go Wrong Productions) later joined the company in 2020.



1st Logo (January 15-March 4, 2012)

Visuals: On a black background, there is a detailed drawing of a skull's head with a crack in the forehead. Below the head, there is the company name with a long white line sandwiched between.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: A 3-note harmonica tune with the last note echoing. On the pilot, the end theme plays over it.

Availability: Seen on the Napoleon Dynamite animated series.

2nd Logo (September 30, 2018-January 13, 2019)

Visuals: Same as before, although a different skull head is used, albeit with white covering inside. The name appears below in a different font without the line or "PRODUCTIONS" underneath.

Variant: Sometimes, it shares the screen with other logos.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: None or the end theme.

Availability: Seen on Rel.

3rd Logo (February 16, 2020-October 18, 2022)


Visuals: On a black background there is an orange box with Cinco De Mayo-esque patterns all around it, containing two skulls connected to each other with pink patterns for the left one (representing Julie Thacker Scully's customized skull) and blue patterns for the right one (representing Mike Scully's customized skull). Above it, there is "SCULLYS" in a rocky bubble font. As the sparkles around the text shine, the eyes of the skulls light up in yellow and click their mouths.

Technique: 2D Flash animation by Marissa Fonte.

Audio: A shining-esque sound, alongside clicks from the skulls.
