Background

Sega Entertainment Inc. (SEI) was a joint venture set up between Sega of America and Soft Bank to bring arcade games to PCs. This division seemed to have dissolved sometime around 1998.

1st Logo (October 1996)

Logo: On a blue/white gradient background, we see a 3D Sega logo write itself in with stars. Underneath, the text "Entertainment" in a font reminiscing of the Virgin logo is seen.

Technique: Possibly CGI

Music/Sounds: Silence followed by the iconic "SEGAAAA" chant.

Availability: Extinct. Only seen on Sonic's Schoolhouse.
