Select-A-Tape
(19??)
Logo: On a zooming space background, we see the "Select a Tape" phrase zooming in on a yellow fancy lettering. "Select" is above, "Tape" under "Select" being the T stylized to be underlining the world "elect". The letter "a" is between"Select" and "Tape" on the right.
Technique: The "Select-a-Tape" logo zooming. All Scanimated.
Music/Sounds: We hear a drum roll, when "Select-a-Tape" starts to zoom, a Moog synthesized jingle plays. An announcer says "Select-A-Tape now presents its feature attraction."
Availability: Extremely rare. Select-A-tape VHS tapes are some of the most wanted tapes on the collection market. Appeared on The Man Who Skied Down Everest. Select-A-Tape is also credited to Microwave Massacre which was released by Midnight Video, but it's unknown if they received an on-screen credit.
