Background

Serasi Musik Sdn. Bhd. is a music entertainment company based in Kuala Lumpur. It was incorporated on October 29, 1996.

1st Logo (Late 1990's-2000's)

Visuals: On a black background with stars, a white beam flies by from the bottom right to the top left of the screen, as the Serasi logo (consisting of a rectangle made up of two rectangles colored yellow and red from top to bottom with a white border, also having holes shaped like the word "SERASI") zooms in and rotates in a swirl, emitting blue light before settling above the center of the screen. As the beam passes by the screen again, text reading "SERASI MUSIK SDN BHD" in white with a black border flies in from the top left of the screen and settles under the logo. By the time the text settles, the beam passes by yet again. After a few seconds, the beam passes by the screen a fourth time as the screen fades to black.

Technique: 2D animation.

Audio: A slow MIDI-esque seventeen-note electric guitar tune.

Availability: Can be seen on VCD releases from the company, such as the Kumpulan Wardah and Satu Hari Di Zoo Negara VCDs.

2nd Logo (2000's-)

Visuals: In a dark environment, there is a light moving to near the bottom left of the screen, a spinning rectangle-shaped glass pad with strips printed on it, multiple equalizer bars at the top quarter of the screen, multiple animated bubbles that pop up at the top of the screen, two equalizer bars at the left and right sides of the screen, and a group of beams moving from the top of the screen to the middle of the Y-axis of the screen and disappearing three times before moving back to the top of the screen. A 3D model of the SERASI logo with the text in a different font and a golden border spins in from the top left of the screen and settles near the center of the screen, and a black box with a silver border and text reading "MUSIK SDN BHD" on it rotates in from the bottom right of the screen and settles under the logo, forming an extra glowing border around both rectangles. The light in the background moves back to near the top right of the screen before moving to the back of the logo, which zooms in and rotates two times slightly before facing the screen, as the light passes through the top side of the logo before disappearing.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A twenty-note rock tune.
