Background

Seven Mountain Movies was an Indian film company founded by director and producer Deepak Balraaj Vij.

(March 31, 1989-January 30, 1998)

Logo: We see a starfield rapidly moving towards the right direction. Once it stops, multiple colored rays appear from different directions and travels to the bottom center of the screen. Once it does that, an explosion occurs, which transitions to a starry night with a set of snowy mountains. Then, a silhouette of a Hindu deity against a bunch of smoke slowly fades in, then a bright light from above reveals the entire statue, which appears to be a statue of Ganesh. The text "SEVEN MOUNTAIN MOVIES" in red appears at the bottom of the statue afterwards. It then fades to black.

Variants: In later variants, the smoke is much more faint and the statue is in a different shading. Plus the text is white this time and in a different font.

FX/SFX: A combination of 2D Animation and Live-Action.

Music/Sounds: A long whoosh with 2 loud thunderclaps at the beginning, then a lyre flourish with a temple-like Indian theme for the 2nd part, and the sound of a horn when the text fades in.

Music/Sounds Variants: In Bomb Blast, it's just the lyre flourish.

Availability: Rare. This was seen on Kahan Hai Kanoon, Hafta Bandh, Bomb Blast and Hafta Vasuli.

Editor's Note: None.
