Later Variant: The house view is more enhanced and zooms out first, revealing the company name fades in later.

FX/SFX: The zooming.

Music/Sounds: A man yells "HoooooooooWEE!" until May 2, 2016. None after that.

Availability: Seen on NCIS: Los Angeles. Also seen on the short-lived series King & Maxwell.

Editor's Note: The yell may startle you, though this is meant to be funny.
