This is the vanity plate of David Caspe and Jackie Clarke.

Visuals: On a pixelated scenery, there is a brown bear walking forward as he gets to an edge of the lake. Then, a gray-white shark jumps out of the lake, as the 8-bit company name appears and the bear raises its arm to punch.
Variants:

Technique: 8-bit animation.
Audio: Video game sounds, the closing theme of the show, or none.
Availability: First seen on season 3 of Happy Endings. It was also seen on Marry Me, Black Monday, Champaign ILL, Kenan, Blockbuster and Mr. Throwback.
