Shenzhen Hengge Technology Electronics Co., Ltd., also known as Henggedianzi, is an unlicensed Famicom game developer and distributor from Shenzhen, China. It's likely that they had strong ties with Jncota.

Visuals: Over a black background, there is an abstract "G" colored between green and blue. Below is the Chinese name of the company and the pinyin "SHENZHENSHIHENGGEKEJIDIANZIYOUXIANGONGSI".
