Shenzhen Hengge Technology Electronics Co., Ltd., also known as Henggedianzi, is an unlicensed Famicom game developer and distributor from Shenzhen, China. It's likely that they had strong ties with Jncota.

Visuals: Over a black background there's an abstract "G" colored between green and blue, below there's the Chinese text and the pinyin "SHENZHENSHIHENGGEKEJIDIANZIYOUXIANGONGSI".
