Background

Shine Group is a conglomerate of media companies, including 29 of them in Europe, North America and Australia. It was created in June 2007 on the base of Shine Productions, launched in 2001 by Elisabeth Murdoch (daughter of the News Corporation owner Rupert Murdoch). In 2011, News Corp. bought Shine Group for $663 million. In December 2014, 21st Century Fox merged Shine with Endemol to form Endemol Shine Group.

Logo: We see a golden egg with "SHINE GROUP" at the right followed by the co-production company's name below and a copyright stamp.

Variant: Most of the time, the text "Based on the format created by Franc Roddam and Shine" is seen above the Shine Group logo.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the show.

Availability: Rare, usually replaced by its numerous brands. Appeared on MasterChef in UK and South Africa, and on early episodes of MasterChef Australia.
