Background

Shine Group is a conglomerate of media companies, including 29 of them in Europe, North America and Australia. It was created in 2001 on the base of Shine Productions, that was launched in the same year by Elisabeth Murdoch (daughter of the News Corporation owner Rupert Murdoch). In 2011, News Corp. bought Shine Group for $663 million. In December 2014, 21st Century Fox merged Shine with Endemol to form Endemol Shine Group (now Banijay Group.)

Logo: We see a golden egg with "SHINE GROUP" at the right followed by the co-production company's name below and a copyright stamp.

Variants:

Most of the time, the text "Based on the format created by Franc Roddam and Shine" can be seen before the Shine Group logo.
Sometimes, the co-production company's name or copyright stamp (sometimes both) can be omitted on some shows.
