Shochiku-Fuji Co., Ltd. Classics was a theatrical releasing label founded by Shochiku Co. Ltd that specialized in the distribution of Western films in Japan.

(1980s)

Logo: On a blue background, we see the text "SHOCHIKU-FUJI CO., LTD CLASSICS" appear by in the bottom right corner, with the Shochiku-Fuji logo placed left of the text and the word "CLASSICS" in bold. After a few seconds, the text fades out.

FX/SFX: The fading in and out of the text.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Can be found on some home video releases of Western films by Shochiku Home Video, such as the 1987 Japanese LaserDisc release of Blue Velvet.

Editor's Note: The logo bears sort of a resemblance to the Sony Pictures Classics logo.
