Logo: On a teal background, we see a 2-dimensional videotape, with a label reading "SV", sweeping to the middle of the screen. Then, we see "Shokus Video" in a red script font write itself out. It then shines.
FX/SFX: The videotape, writing text, and shine.
Music/Sounds: An orchestral jingle that sounds like an old movie's intro.
