Background
As its name suggests, Simitar Motorsports Video was a label of Simitar Entertainment for monster truck videos.

Logo: On a black background, we see the metal text "SMV". Below it is a horizontal metal line dividing the screen. Below the line is the text "SIMITAR MOTORSPORTS VIDEO". The logo fades out.
