Background

The Sistema Bolivariano de Comunicación e Información (English: Bolivarian Communication and Information System) is a branch of the Venezuelan Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Comunicación y la Información. It operates all of the Venezuelan state media working in radio, television and press. Its main TV channels include Venezolana de Televisión, TVES, Vive, and Ávila TV, and it's also related to the ANTV network of the National Assembly.

Logo (2013-2016)

Logo appears at 0:44.

Visuals: On a white background, the yellow, blue and red stripes of the Venezuelan flag appear moving out from below, moving up to the right and into the center. The eight stars of the flag also appear moving along with the blue stripe. Once the Venezuelan flag forms, the letters of "Gobierno Bolivariano de Venezuela" flip in, and the logo slightly zooms out. The stripes then separate from the logo as the text fades out, forming the outline of a star. Below, the text "SiBCI", with the dot of the lowercase "i" in red, along with the stacked "Sistema Bolivariano de Comunicación e Información" in two lines below, slides in from the vertical sides.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A droning synthesizer note, and a flute theme after the formation of the logo.

Availability: Seen at the end of cadena joint broadcasts from the Venezuelan government during the period.
