Background
Sister Pictures (also known as SISTER) is a British production company founded in November 2015 by Elisabeth Murdoch, Stacey Snider and Jane Featherstone.
1st Logo (24 April 2018-3 June 2019)
Logo: A yellow neon sign lights up, revealing the company name inside a thin circle. "SISTER" is in a tall font and underlined whereas "pictures" is set to a cursive font. The "t"'s bar overlaps with the former word's underline.
Variants:
- Sometimes, the logo is still.
- Sometimes, the logo also shares the screen with the other logos including the 1997 BBC and 2013 ITV logos.
- On Girl/Haji, the logo has a black fill.
Technique: CGI.
Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the programme.
Availability: Common. It can be seen on series 1 of The Split, Chernobyl, Cleaning Up, among others.
2nd Logo (11 February 2020-)
Logo: A stretched "S" is seen before squishing to the right, revealing an "I", followed by an "S", "T", among the other letters in the company name, condensing in different directions. The sequence returns to the first "S", which zooms out and reveal the company name with each letter in varying width. A blurry black, vertical bar scans past the logo.
Variants:
- Sometimes, the logo is still.
- Sometimes, the logo also shares the screen with the other logos including the 1997 BBC logo.
- An IAW variant features the still logo in white and with "in association with" above it.
- On Landscapers, the logo is black and inside a white rectangle.
Technique: 2D animation.
Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the programme.
Availability: It debuted on series 2 of The Split and was later seen on Gangs of London and This is Going to Hurt.
