Background

Sixteen South is a company that creates, produces and distributes television for children in every home in every country around the world. Founded in Belfast in 2007 by Colin Williams, they currently employ over 100 people and have partnered with major names in children's entertainment.

1st Logo (2011-2018)

Logo: On a light green background with dark green stripes, the script text "Sixteen South" spins quickly, with "Sixteen" first and "South" next. A red TV with a yellow screen and an antenna at the top spins in when the dark green stripes are in the center, while the script turns pine green.

Technique: The script and the TV spinning, and the script changing color.

Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the show. On their showreel, a guitar theme with a female announcer saying "We're Sixteen South!".

Availability: Uncommon. First seen on Jim Henson's Pajanimals, where it is intact on uploads of the series on the Jim Henson's Family Hub YouTube channel. Also seen on their showreel from 2014 and some other productions from the company until 2018.

2nd Logo (February 19, 2018- )

Logo: On a black background, we see dots form letters. They fly around as the background turns gray. The dots form the script text "Sixteen South". The script turns white as the dots disappear. Then the flying dots fade out, and the script remains.

Variant: A sped up version exists.

Technique: The dots flying around, forming the company name.

Music/Sounds: None or the ending theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on Pinkalicious and Peteriffic and Claude.
