Background

Sky Vision was a television production arm of Sky. In 2012, the Sky Group acquired Parthenon Entertainment and rebranded it to its current name.

In April 2019, it was announced that Sky Vision's distribution business would be folded into Comcast's NBCUniversal Global Distribution; the deal was finalized on October 1st that year. Sky Vision's production assets were transferred to the newly founded Sky Studios in the same year.

1st Logo (2012-201?)

Logo: The text "sky VISION", with "sky" in its corporate font and "VISION" having multiple colors flowing inside is seen zooming out a little. As the logo fades out, "VISION" disintegrates into dust.

Variants: A longer version exists, in which the "VISION" text is formed from loads of sharp lines, while a horizontal flash of light emits from behind. After the text is formed, the light fades out, and "sky" fades in next to "VISION". The normal animation then proceeds.

Technique: 2D animation.

Music/Sounds: None or the closing theme of the show.

Availability: TBA.

2nd Logo (201?-2019)

Logo: On a black background, we see the text "sky VISION" with a white vertical line on the middle zoom out.

Variants:

  • Sometimes, the text "distributed internationally by Sky Vision" appears underneath the still logo.
  • Another variant exists where the text reads "Distributed Internationally by Sky Vision" with the two letters in capital letters.
  • There is a version where the distribution text is smaller.
  • Starting from 2018 until 2019, the logo is now inside a white rectangular box with the text in black and the vertical line is now smaller and it still zooms out.

Technique: The zooming out effect.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: TBA.
