This is the vanity plate of Mike Mariano. The company name comes from an old vaudeville routine popularized by the Three Stooges and Abbott & Costello in which whenever the name of a place (often Niagara Falls) is mentioned, one performer relives an old memory to the point of attacking the other performer.
