Smoky Hills PBS is a PBS affiliate located in Bunker Hill, Kansas.

Smoky Hills Public Television

1st Logo (1996?-2001)


Logo: We see the Smoky Hills Public Television logo at the time on a sunflower background then "presents" appears

FX/SFX: The sunflower moving in the background, the presents text.

Music/Sounds: A synth-like tune with a piano note.

Availability: Rare.

2nd Logo (2001-2006)


Logo: We see a new Smoky Hills Public Television logo on a moving blue background. Then, "PRESENTS" appears on the bottom.

FX/SFX: The moving blue background, the presents text.

Music/Sounds: Same as before.

Availability: Rare.

3rd Logo (2006-2010)


Logo: On a black background, we see a sun coming then Smoky Hills Public Television we have a P-Head logo then The URL is smokyhillstv.org

Variant: For the closing variant we see Produced by text.

FX/SFX: The animation

Music/Sounds: A drum tune then orchestral at the end

Availability: Seen Audubon of Moths.

4th Logo (June 29, 2010-2019?)

Logo: On the white background we see the Smoky Hills Public Television logo with a copyright date.

FX/SFX: None. It's an in-credit logo.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Common. Seen at the end of Real Ag

Smoky Hills PBS

Logo: On a blue background, we see the generic animation of the PBS current logo (in a similar fashion to the 1989 PBS "3D Glass" logo). Then, in the left, the Smoky Hills PBS is shown like this: The three mountains draw itself, then the sun rises from the mountains, and the "Smoky Hills" word in a jazzy font wipes in from the top to the bottom.

Variant: There is a version with a black background that appeared on Underwriting video which can be viewed on their YouTube Channel.

FX/SFX: Same as the generic 2019 PBS ident with the animation of the Smoky Hills PBS logo.

Music/Sounds: Same as the music in the generic 2019 PBS ident.

Music/Sound Variant: The short version uses Nature Walk jingle.

Availability: Current. Can be seen at their YouTube channel.
