This is Andy Berman’s vanity card.

Logo: We see a extreme closeup of an X-ray person’s teeth, with the yellow words “SON OF A DENTIST PRODUCTIONS” appearing slightly at the top.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: Just a man’s voice saying “Open wide, son!” followed by the person saying “Ahhhh.”

Availability: Seen on Season 2 of Carter.
