Background

Sooty International Limited was a subsidiary of the Global Rights Development Fund, itself a subsidiary of the Bank of Yokohama, that acquired all intellectual property rights in relation to the Sooty franchise from Matthew Corbett and his company Sooty Films in 1996. The company's aim was to expand the Sooty franchise internationally.

In 1999, the company sold 50% in the property over to The Britt Allcroft Company (later named Gullane Entertainment), forming a joint venture called Sooty Limited. Following the sale of the Sooty property to Richard Cadell in June 2008, the fate of the Sooty International company remains unknown.

(January 6, 1997-March 30, 1998)

Logo: On a multicolour background, we see Sooty peeking out from behind the Sooty logo. "INTERNATIONAL" is at the bottom of the Sooty logo. Above that is the Cosgrove Hall Films logo. Below that is "(C) SOOTY INTERNATIONAL LTD (year)".

Trivia: The numeral letters for both the seasons: MCMXCVI (1996) and MCMXCVII (1997) were misspelled respectively as MXMXCVI and MXMXCVII. These numbers are un-existent.

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: Just the ending theme of the show.

Availability: Only seen on Sooty's Amazing Adventures.
