Spellbound Interactive was founded on July 1st, 1999. They are responsible for porting video games over to portable game consoles such as the Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance.

1st Logo (November 7, 2000-November 2, 2001)

Visuals: Inside a black circle on a patterned background is a blue magician's hat with gold star patterning on a spotlighted wooded floor. Placed over the hat is "Spellbound Interactive" in a stacked format.

Variants:

  • Depending on the game, the color on the hat, the text, and the background's corner edging may change. The pattern on the corner edging is usually multiple studs:
    • TOCA Touring Car Championship: Orange color edging.
    • The Dukes of Hazzard: Racing for Home: Purple color edging and hat and turquoise-green gradient colored text.
    • Colin McRae Rally: Purple color edging and lime green-cyan gradient colored text.

Technique: Digitized graphics.

Audio: None.

Availability: The normal version appears on No Fear Downhill Mountain Biking. The variants appeared on TOCA Touring Car Championship, The Dukes of Hazzard: Racing for Home, and Colin McRae Rally. All of the aforementioned games are for the Game Boy Color.

2nd Logo (October 4, 2002-September 26, 2003)

Visuals: On a white background is a stylized black "S" stacked on top of a smaller, bold, and gray circular border. Underneath the logo is "Spellbound" in the same stylized font as the "S".

Variants:

  • Sometimes, "Interactive" is added after the company name.
  • On Starsky & Hutch, the background is red, the "S" is white, has a black border and the circular border is dark red. The "S" and company name have a shadow facing the bottom left.

Technique: Digitized graphics.

Audio: None.

Availability: The logo appears on Colin McRae Rally 2.0, TOCA World Touring Cars, and Starsky & Hutch, all for the Game Boy Advance.
