Bumper (September 9, 1967-June 14, 1970)
Visuals: On a black and white city background with one of Spider-Man's trademark webs covering it, seven rectangles appear in the following colors: green, blue, red, orange, yellow, magenta, and purple. They then zoom out to reveal the background with a blue color scheme and form the word "IN COLOR" in a bold font. Everything then fades to black.
Technique: Cel animation.
Audio: 3 reverberating timpani hits, followed by a dramatic 4-note theme and a brief timpani roll.
Availability: It was seen on the aforementioned cartoon Spider-Man.
