Background
Splinter Films was a film production company founded by Nick Wickham and Emer Patten.

2nd Logo (2006-2011)
Logo: On a blank background we see some red archs revolving (one more brighter than the other). "Splinter Films", and later the copyright notice and byline (in black) fade
Variant: Sometimes, the copyright notice along the byline may change.
Technique: The archs revolving, the words fading.
Music/Sounds: None, the audience cheering or the last note of the song from the crédits.
Availability: Common. Appeared on many concert DVDs produced by Splinter such as Shakira: Oral Fixation Tour, Foo Fighters: Live at Wembley Stadium, Kings of Leon: Live at the O2 London, England and Linkin Park: Road to Revolution (Live at Milton Keynes).
