Visuals: As superimposed on The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet, there is a light "V" (roman numeral for five). On the V is the text "STAGE FIVE PRODUCTIONS" and under the text in small type is "HOLLYWOOD".

Audio: The "Ozzie and Harriet" theme.
Availability: Seen on Ozzie and Harriet. It was not seen on season 1 of the show.
