Star Anime Enterprises was an American anime licensing company, founded in 1994 by former U.S. Manga Corps worker David Norell. They were one of the last remaining "original" anime licensing company that were in business, but they haven't licensed any new titles for years and most of their old licenses have since expired. Unfortunately, ''Homeroom Affairs'' was the only thing that they released although they were going to also license ''Dragon League''. They were since located in Sea Cliff, NY, Mesa, AZ and possibly Hollywood, FL.
