Background

Star Ray TV is a pirate television station broadcasting in Toronto, Canada, since the late 1990s. Star Ray calls itself an independent community television channel, and produced content and shows with a community focus. The channel had a mascot, a german sheppard named Shadow, who appeared in the channel's children's show "Shadow and Friends".


1st Logo (1990s)

Visuals: A cloudy sky with the silhouette of a tree and buildings in the distance. The text "Staray" in gold, and "UHF" in gold at a slight angle and "30" in red.
