Background
Starling Films is a DVD outlet that existed around 2004-2005 that put out DVDs with weird edits of old theatrical shorts. They changed the titles, added some "special effects", cut some scenes out, added new sound effects, etc. According to their website, they are located in Texas.

Logo: On a blue sea background, we see a yellow flash that reveals "StarlingFilms.com", which shines.
Variant: There is one variant with the stacked text "STARLING FILMS" (in the Copperplate font) appeared in their trailer.
Technique: Computer effects, with the background possibly being live-action.
Music/Sounds: A 5-note accordion tune.
Availability: Rare. Seen mainly on Popeye and Looney Tunes DVDs released by the company, such as "Bugs Bunny! That Wacky Rabbit".
