Visuals: In a dark room, a film projector is seen rotating 90 degrees to face forward. Once it stops rotating, the text:

fades in underneath the film projector.

Technique: Live-action for the film projector, standard animation for the text fading in.

Audio: A drumroll is first heard, followed by a cymbal crash when the text fades in.
