Background
This is the production company of Steve Stark (who would later form Toluca Pictures with Stacey Levin).

Visuals: Over a shot of sand, we see the text "STARK" written on it with a starfish in the A's place. The shot then encloses in a grainy filtered rectangle with "STEVE" and "PRODUCTIONS" surrounding the image respectively, both serif and in spaced-out letters.
Technique: 2D animation.
Audio: Just the sounds of waves crashing, coupled with seagull noises.
Availability: Seen on The Event and the first season of Fairly Legal.
