Background

Stratus Film Company (also known as Stratus Film Co.) is a American independent film production company that was founded in October 2002 by Mark Gordon as the first of Yari's Hollywood interests. The company produced independent feature films and he hired Mark Gill as executive of the studio. Gordon was dissolved his partnership with Yari in 2005, although Stratus continued to produce films until the following year.
