Warning: On a black-purple background, we see the outlined FBI logo. Next to it is the red words "WARNING" and below it is the yellow warning text.

Availability: Seen on a few Studio Entertainment titles, such as Off Hollywood Video and Shooting Star Video releases.

2nd Warning (1989-1990)

Warning: Same as any other generic FBI warning screen, on a light blue background with "WARNING" in red.

Availability: Seen on later Studio Entertainment releases, such as those from Off Hollywood Video.
