Logo: We see a orange filmstrip that looks like a rail. It scrolls for a bit before "Studio" & "Filmowe" appear on the filmstrip, and "tor" appears in red.

FX/SFX: The filmstrip scrolling and the text appearing.
Music/Sounds: A blood-curling scream, then a steel squeaking sound.
