FX/SFX: The sunburst background, the S zooming in, a la V of Doom, the green Chinese text zooming out and it's traduction popping out at the bottom.
Cheesy Factor: looks very outdated for the 1990s. the 1970s and 1980s for its day is ok but too cheesy.
