Availability:
- The original version can be seen on the Republic Pictures DVDs of Highlander 2: Renegade Version, Thinner, and Freeway, as well as the Live Entertainment release of Lock Up. the Artisan Entertainment DVD of Joan of Arc and appeared on some Viz Video DVDs..
- The second version appears on the MGM DVD releases of Mr. Mom, Deal of a Lifetime, At Close Range, King Solomon's Mines, Yours, Mine and Ours, The Wilby Conspiracy, Inherit the Wind, and the first two All Dogs Go to Heaven movies.
- The third version is seen on other MGM releases such as Roadie, the Special Edition of Fargo, Barbershop, Uptown Girls, and Out of Time.
- The fourth version can be found on the original release of It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.
