Background

Syco Entertainment is a British multimedia entertainment company, headquartered in both London and Los Angeles, founded and owned by British entrepreneur and record executive Simon Cowell. It is a replacement of Syco TV.

1st Logo (September 4, 2004–2013)

Logo: We see the blue scrambled words that reads "SYCO" with the gray word "TV", in which the letters "T" and "V" connected together.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: The end theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent on ITV.

2nd Logo (March 16, 2006–September 18, 2013)

Nicknames: "The Searchlights", "The America's Got Talent Logo"

Logo: On a blue searchlights background, we see the Syco TV logo in the center and the searchlights moving.

Variant: In 2011, a logo was slightly modified for HD version.

FX/SFX: The searchlights moving.

Music/Sounds: A whoosh sound. ABC, NBC, and Fox used its generic theme.

Availability: Seen on American Inventor on ABC, America's Got Talent on NBC and the American version of The X Factor on Fox.

1st Logo (2013-)

2nd Logo (August 29, 2013; 2018-)

Logo: On a black background, we see the darken stairs with the words "SYCO ENTERTAINMENT", stacked, with spotlights behind them. The background brightens to white as the glow flashes in the center, as well as the words, but "ENTERTAINMENT" is golden.

FX/SFX: The spotlights and the background.

Music/Sounds: A flash sound with a electronic noise, or none after the closing theme.

Availability: Current. This first appeared on One Direction: This Is Us, but it didn't come back until 2018. Also seen on America's Got Talent: The Champions.
