Background

TVN Red Austral is one of the regional networks from the state-owned channel TVN, and is its most oldest regional station (in fact, even slightly more than the national channel).

ID (2002)

Note: This ID can be seen here.

Visuals: On a stormy sky with several lines moving and circles expanding, the 1996 TVN logo appear slightly moving away with the words "Red Austral" in white. Several copies of the words appear fading in and out. The circles and lines also disappear from the screen, leaving only the TVN logo.

Technique: The circles expanding, the lines and words moving, the TVN logo with "Red Austral" moving away. [possible misuse]

Audio: The same fanfare from the 1996 logo. An announcer is present saying "Red Austral de Television Nacional de Chile".
