Background
This is one of the local branches of TVP3 located in Katowice. The station was launched on 3 December 1957.

Visuals: On a cloudy background, we see what appears to be a wheel on a tower. Next to it is the black text "TELEWIZJA KATOWICE" with an aerial.
Variant: A black-and-white variant exists from 1957-1978.

Audio: A music box-like theme, with the beginning sounding like "Nanny Nanny Boo Boo".
Availability: Seen during program pauses until 2009 in TVP2, and on TVP3 since 2016.
